Sorry, what do you mean "come out does a spin then goes back in"? Is it meaning the robotic mower goes out, turning around and around, and then stopped at the center of the garden?
After its winter rest Mine does the same. It is fully charged. But wont start, fully. It reverses out of its charging station, turns around, then goes forward 30cm and stops, with an alarm going off. @@YardForceEurope
Hi. Try switching docking station by 180 degrees but keep wires in F/B slots as they were before. (The machine works/runs clockwise of the area of the lawn).
@@mrs2741 Actually it won't be useless. You can call to our service center, and we can replace the battery for you. If out of warranty, it will has some cost of course.
What is the function of the usb portal?
USB portal is for those professional users to upgrade their robotic mower firmware manually.

My lawn is separated by my drive (same level as the lawn) how far apart should the home and the return wires be across the drive?

When selecting the amount of hours to mow for is this time per day?!!
You are correct. When you select 4 hr, it means the robotic mower will work 4 hours a day. So for larger garden, the bigger number should be selected.
Can you also tell me if the battery is able to be changed on the model no. SA650ECO or does it have to get sent away?

So after the two years expected battery life (this is what it says on your website and in the user manual) then the mower is deemed useless?
