great job !!!i thumbed it. i have same WT model as blue one, the rollers wont engage or very slow to engage, when i hit the grey foot lever, new belt too, is it clogged or the roller is too slow, please help

How do i get the Purple Crevice thingy off the end of the Hose?? Its driving me Crazy i cannot get the purple thing off!! Thank You in advance if you can help me!
I've got a un70832 pet model. I was vacuuming and it just quit working. Power button was still on. I turned it off, unplugged it, replugged, and turned it back on. Still nothing. My belt is going, no clogs, filters are clean.

i inherited an old upright wind tunnel I works well until i replace the filter bag door.. than it becomes very hard to push
