If the co-founder and Gunna are pleading to say YSL is a gang, and Thug's defence is to say No - YSL is not a gang, but a record label and a clothing line, then clearly Gunna and the co-founder are helping the prosecutors to establish their point about YSL being a gang. Cooperating is not the same as snitching. If you are going to be convicted bc they have substantial evidence to bury you, you would be the dumbest mfer in the world to take it to trial just to lose and get quadruple the amount of time. The Alford Plea Gunna took can be used to affirm the case of YSL being a gang, but the gang shit is light. Thug would be pleading out too if he could but he doesn’t have that option. Thug is going to lose trial and be gone for life.

Gunna can only “Plead The Fifth” to self incrimination, if they ask abt crimes regarding YSL he cannot plead the fifth. It’s literally in his Plead Deal

He can take the stand and plead the fifth amendment in court for optics but the jury has a video and a signed agreement with his statement. He definitely snitched.
