This video came at the perfect time. I have gained so much weight on my psych meds so i just stay in and don’t buy clothes. That made me gain more weight by not being active. I finally ordered some big girl clothes online today. No more waiting to lose weight to live!! Thank you for being an inspiration! Love ya girl!
Your comment is something that I deal with also. I have gained so much weight on meds and it has caused me to feel like I should hide my body at times. It is easy to fall into the cycle of staying away from activities and then like you said it only leads to more weight gain. There is so much more acceptance of the plus size woman now...I use positive affirmations and your right, no more waiting to live!!!

For packing for vacation, you should just make a list of things you need to bring for each person and check it off as you pack it. Makes your life a ton less stressful. Make the list throughout the week before so you'll remember everything.
I’ve used the same list for 20 years. But I do change some items as the kids grow. I just print it off every year. Your new outfits are perfect, you’re beautiful.

Your comment is something that I deal with also. I have gained so much weight on meds and it has caused me to feel like I should hide my body at times. It is easy to fall into the cycle of staying away from activities and then like you said it only leads to more weight gain. There is so much more acceptance of the plus size woman now...I use positive affirmations and your right, no more waiting to live!!!

For packing for vacation, you should just make a list of things you need to bring for each person and check it off as you pack it. Makes your life a ton less stressful. Make the list throughout the week before so you'll remember everything.
I also keep the list so that I make sure that I do not leave anything behind at the resort!
I’ve used the same list for 20 years. But I do change some items as the kids grow. I just print it off every year. Your new outfits are perfect, you’re beautiful.
