The state of Texas has always had severe problems with there electrical grid. Wither it is in winter or summer with severe storms.And Texas will continue to see higher instances of electrical outages as weather in this region becomes more and more unstable. so get use to it.

alexjager4517 - It's sort of subject to the chaos factor...too many variables at the planetary level to reliably identify and track with the technology we currently have available. But we're getting better at it, and a week ahead of the game is still far enough ahead to warn those in the path of the mayhem in time to give folks a fighting chance.
