Oregon van adventure Part 2 roller ski training!!

Driving out to the coast of Oregon in my van for some cross country ski training. In this video I get to roller ski run and swim in a gorgeous river (north fork of the willamette??) It has been smokey all over the state of CO and most of the west for some weeks now so headed out to the pacific coast for some clean air, good training, and on shore ocean breeze whoo!
