Hello Paul. Thanks for this video. This morning you made me discover the song in the background and how magical and unique the combination of photography and music is. Beautiful photos where people laugh. Thank you.
I can say many things which have more than likely been said in these comments. But All i have to say is… keep being you!!! You are doing a fantastic job! Amazing work, I felt every shot. You are a shooter! Look forward to more.
Hey Paul: First time I watched your channel. There's not ideal time to quit your day job, but just wanted to share that I quit mine back in 1996 and it was the best decision ever. Do what you love and success will come. Good luck!! You'll do great!
Great images, thanks a lot for this! And don't fret about low numbers of followers, it has nothing to do with the value of your work. Best regards, Dirk (DT-Classics)
Awesome street shots with my favorite camera ! Best wishes to you on chasing it. I have almost completed a year of being on my own and it's been an awesome ride ! Best advice is to get the most exercise as possible. I gained a few from longer editing times haha.
Paul, I've thoroughly enjoyed your videos since you signed on to YT. It has inspired me to get the Q2M as I got an incredible deal on a hardly used one. I'm curious if you have put out anything or have any general recommendations on the settings you'd recommend. I realize we all have different looks and goals in our own individual photography, but was hoping for a good jumping off point early on as I love the balance you have in your photos. Thanks and keep up the good work.
Hi Paul, I went to Edinburgh on Monday, there are a few good photo exhibitions running alongside the Edinburgh Arts Festival which might be worth checking out, and don't forget the Side Gallery in Newcastle which also has a classic street photography exhibition on until 9th October. Love what you're doing, talent shines through no matter how many subscribers, good luck 👍🏻😎📷
Very nice work, Paul. I'm pretty good with zone-focused wide-angle street photography, but I'm too shy and introverted to ask for posed portraits. They really mix in nicely with the candids for a strong body of work. Good luck in the next chapter of your life.
Some great images - did you ask permission with most of them or were they “discreet”? You seem to get very close in, which makes the images very powerful - Peter
Congratulations on your leap of faith and quitting your day job… maybe one day I will be in a position to do the same. I need lots more practice yet though

Well done and good luck! How are you focusing on these pictures?
There’s a lot of zone focusing going on here. Even the ones with the shallow depth of field.
Tricky with the Q2M!! If you have any tricks I’d love to see a video done on it!!

Hi Peter, it’s a mix of permission sometimes and others just snapping when I’m close. Thanks for watching the video! I appreciate it
Congratulations Paul and good luck in this next chapter of your life - you’ll kill it as you always give everything 100% xx
Thanks so much!! X
Nice stuff Paul
Thanks so much

Thanks!! It’s a risky thing to do for sure!!
It is, but it’s controlled risk - I’m sure you’ll do absolutely fine
You had gin and not a fine single malt? 😊
You know I actually prefer a rum these days
