My old self would have been jelly over this but my smart self realizes: yeah, I don’t wanna be stuck in debt 💸 for the next 50+ yrs BUT Good Luck to you both!
@@JuliaCaban you know, once my workplace starts appreciating me more for working my booty off and will offer me a raise, perhaps we can invest in something. For time being we are left with the renting option. I keep looking for a modern townhome for us:)
@@barbaran3205 Sometimes monthly payment of the house (mortgage + bills) may actually be the same as renting space (+/-$2000), so instead of paying someone, you pay it off for yourself. And also, you don't have to look for a house in Julia's price range. You may qualify for a $200-300K loan. It all depends on your earnings, assets, and overall dept.
Visually house Nr 2 - I like older houses, wooden floors and the yard were spectacular! However, the price point, the “smell” and the lack of the doors to the upstairs area were definitely a huge con.
