Thanks to a new discovery, Norma is the follower in front at 3:42 in the 1940 section of the clip.

Hey Bobby,
The dancers to the immediate right of Leon and Edith (center-screen ~0:29-0:33 and featured again later) have been identified in this clip as Snookie Beasley and Mildred Cruise by Harri Heinila! I seem to recall reading somewhere that they competed in 1935 ... feel free to double-check, but would you add their names as well?
