Those buttons are a little flimsy. The board gets out the plastic track and out of alignment with the plastic button so it won't click the switch anymore. You have to open the speaker part like in the video, under the battery you'll see the end of the board with the switch underneath. Try to move left and right the little board and at the same time clicking the button from the outside. Once you find the clicking position just hot glue the board. Don't need too much glue.
