Very unlikely imo. Buttoning just so you can pump as many tasks as you can before they can kill is lame on it's own and I doubt these lobbies ever did that. From what I've seen they button just to get someone out, clear up info because there wasn't enough time in previous meeting, make some trick play or just troll button but never seen them button just so they can pump tasks. Besides there's no task in office that would take longer than button cooldown, you can even do office download and come back in time. If you would button as crew for reason 5up did, there was no reason to wait longer.

As you can see Cara walked of first, probably went and did a task, and when 5up killed them, they were already on their way back to office (most likely to button). We can also assume they were going to button, because Stell said that Cara often is the person to button in these situations and that’s why they thought 5up might’ve killed Cara.
