To all the women with low AMH have some faith. My AMH was very low at 0.2 and I am now 7 months pregnant (with my own egg) after undergoing IVF treatment. It is possible.

@@margoelena I was successful on the first round. I had 5 eggs, all which fertilized and made it to day 5 embryos. However only 1 was genetically viable and I am now pregnant with her. Prior to IVF I reduced my sugar intake, cut out gluten, took 1600 mg of fish oil, 600 mg of coq10 enzymes, and a high quality prenatal everyday. I also did acupuncture once a week all the way up to and through my first trimester. Hopefully this helps.

If two women both have let’s say 10 good quality embryos each (no cs) and one has low amh, does that woman have lower chance of pregnancy and lb? I had great success with embryos and now just wondering if low amh also affects success on transfers or not. Thanks!

This is so informative. I've just tested AMH 0.32 ng/ml at age 32. Which is really bad. However, something really interesting happened. I had 2 sessions of ovarian stimulation with injections and only 2 follicles came up each month. And recently I've been starting a diet a month ago and I've been taking supplements for months, plus I have had a vegetarian week prior to ovulation and more activity...and I've had 7 follicles this month - with this AMH. Something influenced my number of follicles...and it wasn't medication. I never had this number when I was following my ovulation with the doctor.

@@beautywazaif5521 No diet can restore AMH back, but some changes in the diet can help with the quality of eggs and it may bring more follicles out. It is generally reccomended a Mediterranean diet with 2 times a week fish and eat more healthy fats. You also want to eat red meat less because it has been associated with lower fertility. I also drink a smoothie every day with forest berries (blueberries, rasberries etc) - 2 cups of them for their antioxidant properties. Also - no sugar, except fruit. I also cut down on perfumes, products with perfumes etc. You may want to check your gluten intolerance also. As supplements I do coQ10 for mitochondrial function, DHA (omega 3)+vitamin E(antioxidant), vitamin D (6000 iu/day and my lab test showed me optimal level of vitamin D with 6000 iu/day supplementation).I have also been reccomended by a licenced doctor to take Resveratrol. In the end, you can try to lead a healthy life and eat healthy, but if genetics take over and you have other problems, it's not going to happen without exterior help, and even then it's no garantee.
Follicles will improve but egg quality won't be there. My amh was .1 i had 5 or 6 follicles but no quality. Then i started taking ayurveda medicine from gynaec in kerala. Around 4 or 5 months i took. Then my amh increased n now I'm pregnant

My girl got this diagnosis a week ago, she withdrew herself and seems to have given up, but i want to try at least. I guess she will come around, this has been very hard for me as a man as well 😢

left ovary and right ovary. at the age of 29 you have to be 18 to 20 eggs you can't pregent naturally and she suggested to do iui treatment.

If amh is low the chances are low even with iui and IVF. I also had .5 amh level then i took medicine to improve the levels. Then i got result

I am 25 and I just recently had an ovarian cyst removed through laparoscopy and I am scared of not being able to carry a baby after this procedure. I took an AMH test one month post laparoscopy and it was at 0,5. Before this procedure I was at 1.48 AMH. Was it low because the ovary did not recover yet? and how much time should I wait before taking the test again to get accurate results?

Hello, I’m 39 with AMH of 0.2 my doctor. My doctor said the best option is egg donor. Please let me know your opinion on this. I’m not open to egg donor and want to be realistic.
