What is best buffet blue orbit or ITC
It depends, if you enjoy Indian food then ITC, if not Blue Orbit
They should reduce the food options and reduce the price. Too many options

@@SinhalaReviews what i meant was in other dinner buffets they separate for 2 sittings, even here are they giving us 1 sitting or 2 sitting in that time period?
I called them and checked. They don't have two sittings like we have in other hotels

Sorry but we do not speak/read Sinhalese. We are considering dining with friends at Blue Orbit mid Feb. I emailed them but they havent bothered to reply....
Maybe you can answer; do you have to pay the tower entrance fee to access the restaurant?
Do you need to book far in advance? Pretty hard for us to book when they don't bother to respond....
Do foreigners pay extra than locals?

Hi Darron, noted your concern. Let me check with them and get back to you. I'm not 100% sure about their policy on foreigners.
During my visit I reserved the restaurant for lunch and a day before the visit. Furthermore an additional charge was not paid for entering the premises.
@darroncrick9993 I just called them, As per the conversation, reservation for a dinner has to be made prior to 4 days(approx). For lunch you can reverse a day before. You don't have to pay an additional entrance fee. Cost per person is LKR 9000/- and will remain the same for foreigners as well 😊 I highly recommend you visit this place for lunch as you can enjoy the 360 degree view around the tower.

Can you see much whilst sitting at the table on the rotary floor or is the angle wrong and you only see the sky while sitting down?
Our idea is to go for dinner, arrive before dark and then dine whilst night closes in.
Glad I could help. The view is great during daylight, during the night you won't see much outside I think due to darkness and the reflection of glasses
