This was helpful, thanks! We mixed our first 4 batches yesterday and thought they were mostly flops, but we unformed them today, and they looked much better than we expected. Two were somewhat successful, and the other 2 weren't horrible! Batch #6 from today was finally a success!! We used a different barrel, different mixer, and we checked the air pressure more often. Thanks for sharing your videos, & would love to see more if you get a chance! 👍😊
This video is a perfect advocate for consistency in batches. Mix everything by weight not volume. I have found that introducing the foam into the bottom of the mixing container gets the best results. Love your videos.
Great content! I'm amazed at how few aircrete testing/evaluation videos there are. It's a fascinating material, but if you don't know the engineering parameters of a given mix, how the heck does anyone expect to build a safe & durable structure out of it? I'm exasperated by the "pour & pray" approach of most TH-cam aircrete "experts". I'm really looking forward to more content on this topic. Subscribed. :)
Thanks so much for sharing! I'm sure you have much more to post with pumping ect.... looking forward to the findings of your experiments and research. Would like to message / email you but not sure how.
