When meditating I listen to my breath and follow it in and out as the doors to heaven open. When going to sleep I listen to this. The difference is significant. Yogi's and pilgrims who seek the light, should repeat the mantra while remembering the Guru.

I have longed for something for so many years...
What was that thing? The image is hazy in my mind. I feel like it is my attachment for the woman whom I loved but who didn't reciprocate back and whom I can't stop longing for. But sometimes I catch a glimpse of something beyond... something more real. Something that if I can just set my sights upon it... i would arrive simply by setting foot on the journey towards it. What is it? I don't remember. I don't understand. Words like "freedom" sound logical but they are just words. What is it? I don't remember. It only rises to the surface for a glimpse and then is lost again.
I don't have that much longer to live.
