These vibrations actually resonates with one of the seven charkas in your body.. it feels like this one resonates with my hearth chakra.
Getting rid of your ego is a hard road to take.. and even that is an ego trip on itself. So it feels really paradoxal. But i want to encourage everyone thats into buddhism to stay true and keep on contemplating and meditating on the idea of the self. Silence is your best teacher. You know why that is? Because ‘you’ feel alot of resistance in silence.. i wish everyone the best.

Where I live, it doesn't rain often. When it does however, I can't hear it or it happens when I'm resting. The immaculate sound quality makes it feel like I'm standing out in the rain, and is oddly meditative. Makes me just want to forget about life and just be here for awhile.
Phenomenally peaceful - I can listen to it and be focused on work (language work)...
I still miss hearing Tich Nhat Hahn in person
But I know now he and those we love are still with us. Peace to you all. You are not alone. Be warm, be safe, walk in peace.
