You should also add the must have mods for new players. For me is Better units description and better church description. Will help you a lot to learn the units of the game
@@faya6581 Dori UI makes even more UI elements transparent, a must have IMO. Everyone should use those 3, everything else is mostly either not multiplayer compatible or not necessary.
I disagree with the fps limit take. Aoe3 is a very graphically intensive game, and the load varies a lot depending on what's on screen. If your PC can't handle constant fps at maximum limit and you see variances, you should cap lower. You should target constant fps even if it's relatively low number. This isn't an FPS game.
Yes by right it should work like that but I would say it wasn't coded properly so when you have it capped in a long run your game gets insane freezes. At least that was my experience with my previous laptop.

bro i my setting got changed somehow, now i cant see the 'classic" mode in UI options...just seeing the default one, how to fix?
Try to verify the game files. Also, make sure your account is synced.

It works fine. Inside the settler UI it shows gather rate/s so basically x60 you will get the res/min. It always show correct.

The home city, you should be going into the homecity and customize it from there.
