Thats a good observation! Yeah you’re right, like the Marvel Select X-Men DO NOT look good with Marvel Legends (except maybe colossus). Same with Toy Biz like the only ones you could maybe fudge are Nightcrawler and Colossus but barely. The villains tho… they look fire 🔥
Select are always a little too big, Toy Biz are always a little too small. I have 2 Toy Biz Juggernauts and it's amazing how puny they look next to Kitty Pryde and Jubilee. I also have a Select Juggernaut and he's a Giant next to the modern Hulk. They should be about the same size. I have the Juggernaut and Colossus reissue coming so hopefully he'll be the perfect size.
Dark Phoenix!! Definitely need to add her, hopefully they make a new one soon because the old one with shading is way too expensive and the repaint looks meh. Mojo would also be cool but like you said, probably wouldn’t fit anywhere
Love the display man! Totally awesome! X-men villains are my favorite marvel legends to pose and display! One guy I’d add if you have the figure to just make it pop, right on the left like in the air above toad in flight the Sauron BAF would look sick! That’s my favorite BAF! 👍🏻
I only collect X-Men action figures. I have 38 X-Men villains in one shelf display like this and it looks so epic. I'm talking Brotherhood of Evil, Hellfire Club, Bastion, Apocalypse, Onslaught, Mojo, Sauron and the usual villainous suspects. X-Men villains are just so diverse and memorable!

Great display, as always! I’m with you on a ‘97 Sinister figure, as he came out way before I started collecting. Bastion would be nice too. I think the Hasbro Blob is phenomenal, and I’m super mad I missed out on him, but I think Select could make a great Blob figure (for half the price, lol)! Good video as always man. 😁

Well, I have 3 displays of X-Men Villains. I have a 20 + 1 Brotherhood of Evil Mutants, which is 20 Mutants plus Juggernaut. Two of them are X-Men I'm not a fan of; Kid Omega and Chamber with a Half Blazing Skull Johnny Blaze headswap which actually looks better IMHO. I then have a 7 + 7 +3 Hellfire Club. 7 Inner Circle, 7 Goons, 3 Reavers. Sebastian Shaw, Donald Pierce, Mastermind, Selene, Madelyne Pryor, Phoebe Frost, and Dorian Grey. On the 3rd shelf is my cobbled together Sentinel Army. 1 12" Toy Biz Sentinel 4 Titan 12" Sentinels 6 8" tall Sentinels 4 Omega Sentinels 1 3 headed Sentinel Nimrod as Nimrod prime 5 Toy Biz Nimrods as Nimrod drones And considering that I have 53 + 1 X-Men divided into 4 Teams I need all the Villains I can get. I have divided my Teams more along Original intent of the various teams rather than Comic Book accuracy. X-Factor was intended to be the Public Face of Mutants so I put the more popular and Photogenic Mutants there. X-Force was intended to be the Lethal Strike Team so the ones willing to kill, plus Nightcrawler and Kitty as scouts. Still a New Mutants but they are more like a 21 Jump street team of finding and protecting emerging Mutant kids.
Never had that one in person, but the design isn’t as appealing to me as the Sentinel. Still in my BAF hall of fame tho! But the Sentinel is just too 🔥 in my opinion
@@ryanangelastro504 All hasbro Magneto figures are bad, 97 version too. It's skinny, has over sized head with ugly face and wrong shape for helmet, too long hands, doesn't have any accesories, also red hands (although accurate for the cartoon design), the only good thing about this figure is cape, but Mafex Magneto has a wired one which is still million times better. I would recommend to just save up for the Mafex version instead of buying few legends.

That’s up to you! My advice is to look at comic book images of them in action and use that as inspiration, and switch it up every now and then!

Is the Marvel Legends X-Men 97 Magneto a good substitute? I can’t afford Mafex Magneto.
The new X-Men 97 one is pretty cool, the family matters 3 pack is another option but I don’t like that one, body is too skinny and head looks weird
