You know, there is Stamina/Limits/Chakra/Ki/Chi and in real life, Everywhere, He couldn't do that he doesnt have enough to do it... or esle he could do it.. bc they want to win. Just like the Time Stoper, "he could just time stop how much he wants" No, he cant, theres stamina/chakra/limits ect..
