Great question!! I honestly never plan out a time to read my old entries. I'll usually be talking about something and try to go back to see if I journaled about it, or I'll try to find a specific journal entry, and then I'll get sucked in the reading other entries!

QUESTIONS: - How do you end your journal entries? Do you say "bye" or "good night" ...or you just don t say enything... or you have a conclusion? - How do you end a journal? Like the whole journal... Do you end it like a normal entry? Or do you talk about the next journal that you are gonna use? Or do you have a conclusion that sums upp all the things that happened in that journal? - If you do something exiting or you go somewhere and you want to remember that moments..how do you write it all? I often find myself in this situation: I want to tell all the story but it s kinda boring and takes time to write it but also i want to have that memory in my journal. That s all. I don t know if I just overthink journaling but I hope you will see my questions☺️
For me, I live on my own ( I do have a boyfriend, and I know he would never read any of my journals). That being said, what I'm done with a journal I put it in my closet and forget about it. I don't ever reread my old journals because I remember most of it. Unless I'm looking for something specific then I remember what Journal it's actually from. I'm currently on my 5th Journal about to start my 6th journal in a few days. I also love writing the page number out, only because it makes finding things a lot easier if I can't remember the specific page in the specific Journal I'm looking for, I'll just look back and I will eventually find it.

Same with me is that sometimes I forget not too much which Journal I've written in its more I forget where it is in the journal. If you have family members refusing to respect your privacy and snoop in your journal, then find a way to hide it and here is the first bit of advice before you write: 1. Buy the journal secretly so no one sees it. 2. Write in it secretly- like when you are alone outside somewhere or alone in the house or your room. 3. Imagine you are that family member and try to think where would you look for a journal in hiding. ( Maybe the member is afraid of your underwear drawer or never looks in an empty suitcase in the closet. Hiding place starters.)

When you are journaling and you finish in the middle of a page do you finish the page the next day or start on a fresh page?
I always end my journal entries at the end of the page so that I don't run into this problem!
