These are truly helpful exercises! I tried some of them and did a few turns, and felt better engagement of the right muscles instantly!

I’ve been in the gym my whole life and these were a CHALLENGE!! I could only do 4 of each! How often could one do these exercises? What’s healthy?

great question! 3 days a week is a great start, if that's sustainable for your schedule

I tend to lean in my turns but I don’t know what’s causing it.(I lean towards the front diagonal of my supporting leg). I do a bunch of exercises and my pirouettes have improved but I don’t know why I’m still leaning. And tips?

Great. question! Without seeing a video it's hard to tell but I wonder if you're lifting your hip too high on the working leg and that's shifting you over

Hi 👋 what if i don't have a smooth surface, ok,my house 🏠 isn't completed as yet,so i don't have the floor tiled,or board flooring,it's still a sort of rough concret, please tell me what you think, am a beginner, roughly more or less a month now,but i love ballet,, and am 58 years, i know that I wouldn't be a professional dancer,in this field, and i won't want to go pointe, i just want to learn something, to bring honor and glory to GOD,for what HE has done in my life, so i will be using this, to to help me in my dance ministry,, blessings
