HIVE’s Financial Performance for Fiscal Year Ended March 31, 2024

First, I like my investment in Hive. However, there are not analysts asking questions. Thus, here are the Questions I’d like answered as an investor:
1. Are all data centers owned? What mortgages & share obligations exist related to data center purchase agreements?
2. What % of Bitcoin miners have been replaced in 2023 & 2024?
3. Are there expansion plans in 2024. What is your hash rate goal exiting 2024?
4. Are you exploring M&A opportunities?
5. Would you consider a takeover offer?
6. This comment may sound snide, but it is not my intent, I think clarification is important.
Can you clarify your corporate governance? It is very odd to have your chairman lead the investor presentation, normally this is done by the CEO. Can you define the role of the chairman & the CEO in your governance model?

Agreed with all your great comments on Hive. We need a stockholders revolt. There needs to be pushback on this PUBLICLY held stock. We deserve better.

Since the halving my Investment in Hive has gone down 70%. I have been a long time holder and this is how you reward stockholders. There needs to be an activist revolt to get the value back that we stockholders are owed. Your Metrics on per share basis is garbage. It is overvalued obviously.

Do a share buyback with mined btc. You're not microstrategy, no point in holding it. Give us a reason to hold the shares or we all might as well buy MARA and at least have decent positive movement when btc goes up. We lag the upside and fall just as fast or more. All the "green energy" BS and good metric data clearly doesn't matter as much as you think.
