I want to emphasize one thing. TWICE and their team are very clear about one thing. If TWICE's title song is to return to the genre of 5 years ago, the results in Korea will naturally be very good, but they did not do so. TWICE still has new styles of music appearing in new albums so far, and they will definitely become an amazing and legendary girl group in the end.
Twice has outgrown Korea tbh, but frankly speaking, K-pop at large is trying to appeal to a more international audience these days as that's where the growth (and money) is.
They're nolonger young girls to sing songs based on girl crush concept plus things have changed. If they appeal only domestically, how will they pay rent😅?! Rent is always due. Lol.

I think TWICE's songs (whether the title song or B-sides) are really suitable for the concert playlist, but for the public who only listen to the song and don't watch the stage performance, the appeal of the title song SMF is very low . The main reason is that the rap part is very abrupt, and it is very difficult for the public to accept it.
