And, as with any fanbase of 2M+, sometimes people in those fanbases get weird or nasty about content that isn’t exactly like what they like.

Your microphone sensitivity is too high. The background humming is soothing... but also sounds a bit like a washing machine going into the next cycle. I would recommend prerecording that background humming, edit it so that it doesn't have an audible start / stop sound (continuous), and then incorporate it into your audio, especially if appropriate for the scene.
