I’m lazy when I’m making Bammy I don’t sift too much I do take out lumps and then I pat them into a flat circle shape on a chopping board. And pick up with a spatula and put in pan and slow cook. Flip over. It’s moist enough that it holds together.

Made Bammy just now. Used frozen cassava and my food processor.Did squeezing. Seasoned with a little salt and sugar. Great!!! My first time.
