Hi Ladies, sorry I’ve been gone for a minute now but I’m glad to be back. One of the questions I keep getting is the name and length of the hair. Sorry about my ramblings but at the 5:28 mark in the video I talk about the hair color, type, length and brand. I know sometimes we just need to get to the point lol so I hope this helps.
My mom wore tree braids faithfully!! Now she can’t someone who does them as good as her old stylist. I hope this style comes back in the U.S.. it’s beautiful

This method is awesome. When you started I was questioning if it would turn out right but the twists are undetectable. I'll be trying this method next time for my braids.

I really see such great usefulness to this method of installation! I’d do longer cornrows in the back for half up and down styling. That croissant bun is very pretty! I’m adding this to my protective style catalogue. Thanks very much for sharing. Please let your bf know that I appreciate his great suggestion. Don’t forget to clip your ends. My hair is about the same texture and length as yours.

@@yandeh101 Hello. She did the cornrow style tree braids. They turned out beautifully although it was loose and I didn’t choose the right hair for the style. Tangled easily. I took it down last night and am going to get the individual ones instead .. by my original Braider lol

Hey Gorgeous thank you for stopping by and welcome to the crew! Now all you need to do Is trade that long hair of yours with us short hair girls and all your hair worries will be gone 😂😂Jk! But seriously, I’m glad to hear that you’re going to try it out because I absolutely love this hairstyle, It’s my go-to hairstyle. I just had it on for my vacation and I will be posting that video soon. One thing I did differently this time to save time was when I got to the middle, I braided the cornrows a little longer and filled them in with hair using the crochet needle 🪡. This method was a lot faster and I think it would be of great help to you and your long hair, that way You won’t have to do much individual braiding in the middle.
@@yandeh101 omg lolll this hair on my head is nottt what it's cracked up to be...u spend ur whole natural life trying to grow long, thick, healthy hair but the longer/thicker ur hair is then the harder it is to manage!!! So I keep my hair braided year round and don't even wear my real natural hair so what am I even doing with my life lollll whyyy grow the hair and keep it braided??? I don't know..but I loveeeee this style on u and being a flight attendant sounds sooo adventurous!

@@beloveddavonna88 You can always do the front and around the sides lol I usually do that with all my hair and keep it in a ponytail until I’ve completely. That way you can rock it while taking your time to complete it. 😩💕

I love the method you used. It seems as if it will cut down the installation time and make take down easier with the twisting method you use to finish them off. ❤️it!
Aww thank you! 💕I am super lazy when it comes to taking my hair out so I always look for the easy way out.🤣This method left little to no stress on my hair, I was pleasantly surprised. The installation process was my favorite, I got lots of compliments with it. Definitely keep me posted if you try it out. Note: braid the front like you will cornrows to protect your edges.

@felica laval Absolutely! The name of the hair I used is the Crochet Braid - 2X BRAZILIAN GOGO CURL in the color 2. I talked about the hair type more in the video at the 5:03 mark lol sorry I know I talk a lot in this video but I’m new to TH-cam so forgive my rambling at times.

I am doing this today,glad i stumbled on this video. How do you maintain the hair,do you comb or brush it?
I didn’t use comb or brush lol. I simply ran my fingers through it every other day and kept it moisturized. Hope this helps.

Thank you. Lol I usually don’t keep my hair in past one month but that’s just because I love messing with it. However, this hair lasted at least 5 weeks and it was still in Great condition when I took it out. No it did not get matted my natural hair was just fine and so was the extension. Hope this helps. Thank you. 😊 And Yes It can be done on straight hair as well. If your hair is super long I would suggest braiding most of your hair in and leaving out more extensions to cover the braids. Hopefully this helps and thanks for stopping by girly.🥰

It took me about 6 to 8 hours if remember correctly. I kept it in for about a month simply because I usually don’t keep my hair in longer than that. The hair was very easy to style and the curls held up well. Hope you enjoy watching and thanks for stopping by 💝
This is great do you think this method would look right on shoulder length hair
That’s an interesting question considering I have short hair 😩🤣. However, if You do decide to do it, make Sure you braid all of your natural hair in. Keep the braids a bit smaller to avoid the look of box braids, leave as much extensions out as possible and you should be fine.

I have shoulder length hair and it doesn't look good. I've been doing this method of braids for many many years. The longer the hair, the less full it can look
To fix this, take out more hair as you braid and I would recommend crocheting a piece of the hair at the root to help fill in and add depth. Great tutorial!

Hey Biljana, Yes you can wash this hair! You can even go swimming with it. Keep your hair scalp moisturized, periodically use hair spray on the hair it’s to keep it from tangling as much. I don’t use anything fancy to be honest I just use the olive oil hair spray. I would be lying if I said the hair does not tangle up as it is synthetic hair but if you keep up the maintenance, it should last longer. After like a week or two of wearing this style, I go in with my ✂️ and clip around the tangle ends and that usually gives the curls a fresh look. Hope this helps 🌸

Not human hair but a very beautiful long lasting look. It does well in water so yes, great for vacations.

I think 5 weeks max but that’s because I don’t keep my hair in that long

This lasted 3 weeks. Could have gone longer but I usually don’t keep my hair in for too long. Pick a quality hair and it should last you up to 5 weeks depending on how well you care for it.

What’s the difference between these and micro braids?
This beautiful! I tried it but my hair is too soft and fine they slip off.😩😩
I am so sorry to hear that.🙁 in the future I would suggest using a more coarse extension and braiding your conrow a little longer before releasing it to individual. Sorry I didn’t think about including that part in the video because my natural hair is coarse but I will be sure to consider all hair types in the future.
