  • So if anyone's looking for a gunner build specifically for 2-3 Giants in the earth: Extract, on insane, look no further!
    Hi guys, hope you're all having a great day! So first of all, my apologies as this video has the worst production quality recently and its already been a while since i did a video. However, the build here in this video is crux. Hope ya'll give the build a try and like it.

    3:06 The timing on that melee strike to the xenomorph's dome was something absolutely beautiful. I replayed that over and over again in awe.

    You should see some of my doc/recon builds.. synth melters! Since you have a bit more space for weapon perks on those kits, i max out fire rate via perks then use armour piercing mags since most synths have armour, plus the extra mag capacity is nice little bonus. Tac scope cause i dont like the full scopes, plus that extra weakpoint damage is nice. Basically i make my twilight a synth face destroyer.

      Ayyyy my G!!! Thanks a bunch dude!! Yeah man I know! I knowww. Doc and recon are my top 2 classes for 2-3 or synths. They can wreck havoc on the synths with the pyke. I go for all wp, reload and handling, the handling makes those single reloads so fast coz of going into and coming out of Ads animation time reduction and also go for a lot of dmg resistance with pain killer station or best friends. It's just awesome, glad I'm not alone in this and you enjoy them too! Cheers bud!

    Why Remote Detonator and not Mini Grenades? Is it the extra slot? Blast Radius? Anyway, excited for your educational stream tomorrow 😊 Keep up the good work! 👍🏻

      Well, there are a LOT of reasons tbh. 1st of all, mini grenades are like M&Ms. The open the pack, you aint done untils it's all gone. People just tend to spam it. Which causes 2 issues. No.1 being, the more and quicker CC you throw at elites, they hit stun immunity. Rule of thumb is, if the elite is stunned for more than 3 times in a row in about 4 seconds, they hit stun immunity. Nothing works on them except knock"BACKS", which only 2 abilities can do in this game, the demo's blastwave and the phalanx's shock pulse. They get pushed back but even then they'll be like dragin on the floor in the knocked down animation and still moving. 2nd thing is, it locks you down into the animation, not as bad as the lancer's pulse which completely immobilises him and they cant dodge or shoot? But it still does a bunch. Other than that, the remote detonator gives you 2 knockdowns, 1 with the initial sticky hit and the 2nd when you detonate or it does on its own and to detonate, you dont need to stop shooting. It doesnt interrupt you at all. Lastly, not to mention, it has the highest dmg, biggest AOE range/radius and you can make it go boom on command, like airburst it to get out of sticky situations.       @inexorablewarrior Thanks for the in-depth info! I didn’t know the elites have stun immunity 😮 Usually, I use the grenades to thin out the runners or get out of sticky situation; so I was thinking like having 3 will be better than waiting for cooldown. 😅

      @@HardcoreOrigami yeah I k wo what you mean, and honestly, I'd say mini grenades are for havin continuous cc/trash clears, remote detonator is for big boom and big cc. They're both situationally good! So it's like whatever sais your boat. I time the grenades in a way that i have them when I need them. It's all about getting used to it tbh. Well, hey! Cheers!!! 😘

      I used to think that mini-nades were the way to go, until I decided to test out remote nades.
      On most difficulties, mini-nades have more utility than the remote denotator. But once you hit Insanr level, the Remote Detonator completely outclasses it.
      Massive radius, quick detonation in mid air, and will One Shot all runners in the radius, which means Massive Clearance.
      On top of this, you can toss it onto an Elite, pop Overclock, and then detonate it again as the Elite stands up.
      During both the attachment, and the detonation timing, the Elite WILL be knocked down.
      If you can add Down n Out to it...then these Elites will be Melted, even on Insane.
      Hell, just watch Warrior's vods and you'll see him do stuff you never thought possible in a Gunner.

      Yeah I’m still to complete that mission on insane. Always get bummed at the end with the flame thrower synth 😂😂

      @@Thebigdogg616 yep don't know if it's intended or bugged, but once touched by the flamer synth's nade, you're done, there's no counterplay for that. Unless challenge cards or if you're in a doc station. The only reliable way is to never lose sight of him and warn for the grenades. They do die very quick though, couple of shots in the tank and they done.
