- In todays video I am talking about if you should get a 30ah battery ether from electro and co or from BTR batteries. This batter will only fit in a razor mx500 mx650 sx500. Cost around $500 but I got it on sale for $400.

Yea you will need a new battery.
@@Mattoutdoors. will it just not connect or plug-in
@@PiercePolacek The voltage is too low because the batteries that are on the mx350 are 36v and you need 48v.

BTR = Bike fire and maybe if you're lucky even a house fire!
I don’t get how they are so bad I had zero issues with mine.
@@Mattoutdoors. Yeah there's some people who get 0 issues but I've seen alot of fires from BTR batteries.
They use junk material, and ask too much power . Perfect disasters are possible. It's is so difficult to find pure nickel strip. Sellers lie a lot . Makers don't always test. It's easy to make mistakes when you hire cheao.
You should get yourself an 80ah battery?
don’t get btr ever
Please don't buy a BTR BATTERY!!!!!!!
Why?
@@Mattoutdoors. They are notoriously bad batteries,
1. they are very low quality built and are prone to lithium fires and rust over time (which can destroy cells if not start a fire)
2. they are not lifepo4 like they claim, they are lithium ion (and cheap cells at that) the cheap cells inside are prone to heavy voltage sag (meaning when you at around 40% battery, they will sag more than other higher quality cells and you will not be able to use full power of the battery or it will cut off.
3. There are many better alternatives, such at hotpaxx, momentum watts, amorge (this is where hotpaxx gets their batteries and ships them from the US but cost a little extra, amorge takes around 6-8 weeks, or 3 weeks if you spend extra), and of course electro and co and others but they cost a ton.
4. The cheaper cells inside the BTR battery likely have low cycle life, meaning if you own the battery for an extended time i.e 1-2 years (if It hasnt already caught fire), the battery will lose its total capacity faster than a higher quality battery.
I would appreciate if you would do a little research about what I have just said and share this information with your fanbase. Or pin this comment. Yes the btr battery may work, and possibly serve you well for a little while, but there are just better alternatives that will do you much better. THANK you if you read this far, it means you like to learn and understand.
