Sissy squats for for downhill running conditioning. Stiff legged hops and drop jumps for stretch shortening cycle development. Lateral single leg hops for glute medius / pelvic stability. Single leg bent knee calf raise for soleus strengthening. Also foot work - medial arch and toe flexor strengthening.
