Ask your local judge. It’s being ruled differently (including this YCS) at different regionals/official events depending on the judge. It’s technically a “then” effect, so by PCST, you should be able to use Visas or any Scareclaw is even it’s not meeting the “in your Main Monster Zone” criteria, which it would be. A happens (a monster being summoned to a Main Monster Zone), and then B also attempts to happen. There should be zero reason why it wouldn’t work.
I play scareclaw and I played it but stopped. The reason it's not played is a combination of light-heart and the field spell. The hard only activate one per turn of the field spell makes it a "bad card" to play.
@@zionpax8908 You can't respond to the act of the monster being summoned, as in, you can't prevent it from being summoned. (Like say, solemn judgement.) You 'can' respond to the activated effects of that monster after it's been summoned. Does that make sense?
