Flying At Fritz Field 30 May 2024 Crashed Parts Plane Brought on EBay Maiden Flight

Occasionally I find a great deal on Ebay, after shipping and extra parts needed this plane was not it. Still had fun repairing it and making it fly again. From the looks of the damage, looks the original owner glued the elevator and rudder control which resulted in the servos burning out. Replaced the wiring, servos, and tail assembly. Still about $100 cheaper than a new one and for me worth the effort.
Only a few souls willing to brave the crosswinds this morning.
