If he's employed directly by the site owner/operator to provide security for that particular site then he doesn't need to be SIA registered. Exceptions would be if it was a licensed premises or he was employed as a bastard car clamper then he would need to be SIA registered.

As an American just starting watching your videos I can't figure out if the people are simply talking shite, or if the references to breaking the law for swearing is real. And if calling a guy fatso is illegal. My God is that real? Who made laws like that - a 7 year old? Forgive my ignorance if it isn't illegal and just blather.
If someone is fat, and you call them fat, its fact - not illegal. However, we have a stupid abused (by cops) law; causing harassment, alarm or distress - this is basically used for "hurty feelings", instead of its intended purpose, which is to protect genuine victims, such as those on the recieving end of threatening behaviour, or those with an existance crisis (suicidal) due to one of their traits (eg unsure of sexuality), or those in a minority targetted because of a trait (eg a minority/gender).
Thats best way of explaining it, in layman terms. Hopefully someone comes along to give the facts of such law.
