This can hardly come as a big shock to informed observers. With $40 million paid by GOP donor money to support Trump's legal fees so far in 2023, and $60 million budgetted for this over the coming five months, Trump is taking all the financial oxygen of the party.

Well - They were the party that gave tax cuts to the uber rich and told everyone that the wealth would eventually trickle down when they re-invested the money into their own businesses (which they never did). Republicans even admitted that the tax cut failed to do as they had promised it would.

I had $500.00 in the bank, all of which were donated by us board members. When we gathered, we gathered over beers...just so we could pay our own tabs and cry into the beer. All hope was lost. That's not how funding works. These are liquid assets, meaning only what they have in their own accounts. They probably have much more being held by various fiduciaries; lawyers, public relations, tax professionals, election committees... You underestimate your opponent at your own risk. The real question is if any of these fiduciaries are doing anything illegal or unseemly with these undisclosed funds.
