How to disable auto fold mirrors on Outlander?

Mine is 2023 gas Outlander and it has the option to disable mirror folding just like the PHEV in this video.

I wish my 2022 allowed me to disable this function. I wonder if the software can be updated.
Also is there a fuse I can pull in order to disable?

This is stupidity of the them not being able to turn off on gas vehicles! Especially in winters 😂 this vehicle is the most stressful car i have! Never again will i buy another!
