Really enjoyed watching your Scotland trip. We had 12 nights in Scotland in May and had glorious weather - it definitely makes the holiday more enjoyable and the views more spectacular. Heather how/where do you find all the sites to book? I love that you get out there and make the most of your holiday and thanks for sharing 😊
Loved the holiday in Scotland the scenery and places visited have been lovely. What a pity it’s over and back to work hope to see another interesting weekend away soon. ❤
Have thoroughly enjoyed watching your Scotland journey, you’ve been to so many lovely places. Thank you for sharing your holiday experiences with us ❤️
Well it was a fascinating trip - shame about the weather for the last three days but otherwise great stuff! Very interested in the average costs - we still have to "brave" off grid to get the costs down. Definately want to get to Cullen and Inverness at some point plus Bridge of Allen and the brewery looked a whole lot of fun!! Nice one guys - safe travels 👍👍👍👍
Cheers! Yes we loved it and will be back but we just need longer, I’d love a no plan trip where we can just stop and move wherever and whenever we want!
The walk through the woods to the waterfall looked a bit slippy, I would have gone over I’m sure of it! Looked a handy site at Gretna. Gretna Green is nice to look around, we went for the first time last year. We had a lovely time at the Old Stone Trough, was great to catch up with you guys! Can’t whack a good pub stop! The gift that keeps on giving 😂 Can’t whack a free Breakfast either! End of holidays is always 🥲 I get into trouble when I try and go out for meals…. 3 x a day lol 😂 Interesting stats at the end. Main thing is you had a nice break. Fort Augustus looked lovely, we have only passed through. Have a great week, all the very best, David & Rachel 👍
Cheers both, we had a great 1st half weather wise but in all fairness just being away is always great, we loved the last night with you it helped cheer us up at the end ❤️
I’m known as ‘Mr Happy’ on our vids - nearly as happy as Rick 😂.weve just bought a Flextail mini thing for keeping the flies etc away, yet to be tested though 🤔. We were very very impressed with Dumfries & Galloway . Those hanging kebabs looked loverly 😋so the £15 included 2 breakfasts?
Hi Rick and heather a great video as ever love it at Loch Doon it’s such a pretty area and the road from there to Dumfries is really pretty we went last on our honeymoon a few years back and weather was much like you had! Did you read about the plane which crashed into the loch I believe it was during the war Love Gretna it’s a great place to stop and it’s great to read about all the history Victoria and I keep saying we need to go back to leave a padlock all the best to you both Daniel
Looked a nice pub stopover, forgot where we were going, think it was a few pub stopovers some where around 🙂 Rain got to love it 🙂 a good seies that, roll on the next one 🙂
I've no idea who Jimmy King is thankfully, looked like you had a great time. Not sure I could have finished that mixed grill and laughed a lot when you were closing with David & Rachel due to David standing about 6ft away for the heads to line up. Cheers K.
I would like to go back to Scotland again one day but the midges just eat me alive, I am surprised that this is the first time they were mentioned - perhaps May is the best time to visit.
Beautiful going to fort William next week ❤
Enjoy! Neptune’s Staircase is a spectacle and you’re close to Glenfinnan too 👍
Really enjoyed the Scotland tour and got some great tips for when we spend a bit of time venturing that way 🏴. Thank you both (and poppy) 👍
Thanks 🙏 we loved it, even the bad weather 🤣

Have no fear! We’ll continue to bring at least one video a week of our travels (can’t promise interesting tho 🤣) thank you for your kind words ❤️
Very nice trip. I enjoyed the videos. Too bad about all the rain at the end. Take care, my friends😊💕🤗🙏
Yeah the rain was a bit annoying but we still had fun! 👍

Yes, £15 includes 2 breakfasts so if you don’t eat in the pub you can’t lose…
Liked the waterfall even if the path was wet and slippery. Take care Gill
Thanks, we had a few decent days so can’t complain too much about the odd wet one!

Yes someone told us about the plane! A wet end but a great holiday and we’re missing Scotland already!
Rewatching Hamish Macbeth as I type! 🤣🏴

We’ve definitely got your rain clouds 🤣

We had fun, Jimmy is a Emmerdale Farm LEGEND 🤣

May is your limit then stay away until September is the best advice if you’re not into midges!
We were in Loch doon in 2020 didn't like it
I get that, it was a bit of a marmite location and site
@@RickandHeather I thought Loch down was fully booked in 2020 with no spaces left
Permanent ones? No idea….
