Parqal is now open!
Parqal, a word play from the terms Park and Kalye, is a five-hectare mixed-use campus development that has a gross floor area (GFA) of 78,000 sq.m.. It is composed of nine independent four-storey buildings that will traverse the entire length of area between Macapagal Boulevard and Diokno Road.
The whole stretch of the development is climate protected through its “floating” canopy made of ETFE (ethylene tetrafluoroethylene), a type of sustainable material that is designed for natural light, lightweight and durability. Moreover, the project is designed to be porous with multiple entrance and exit points which will further promote walkabilty and pedestrian mobility for Aseana City.
D.M. Wenceslao Associates, and Incorporated (DMWAI), developer of Aseana City, takes another step in creating a world-class and progressive community as they formally hold the groundbreaking ceremony of Parqal; the most modern and integrated mixed-use development project in Aseana City.
Located within Aseana City in Parañaque, Parqal is being touted by DMW as the “ideal model of a community-focused development.”
Everything is in Parqal. This mixed-used development has offices, retail, al fresco dining, wellness shops, green open spaces and highlights an impressive 300-meter-long canopy that allows our citizens to walk with ease from major focal points in Aseana City in a climate protected environment.
Parqal which name comes from the words "park" and "kalye"-is touted as the first-ever walkable, five-hectare mixed-use development soon to rise between Macapagal and Diokno Boulevard. It has a gross floor area of 78,000 square meters that will contain retail and wellness shops, al fresco dining, offices, and wide open spaces.
Parqal’s green building features include energy and water consumption efficiency, placement of drought-resistant plants, usage of treated wastewater, and bicycle facilities.

With the preponderance of malls in and around Manila, additional malls should really exhibit a more novel or attractive area to get potential prowler or customers. It is just too near Ayala and MOA and there is hardly any difference among Parqal, Ayala and MOA.

Sa tingin ko hindi ito fully dedicated mall kasi may mga B.P.O. offices sa loob. At iyon ang magiging dahilan sa hinaharap kung bakit hindi ito dadagsain ng maraming tao. Mixed-use design ang atake nito. Many people will always be confused as to whether it is a mall or not. Sa disenyo palang mukha na s'yang corporate office building. Pero siguro sa kalaunan ay dadami din ang tao d'yan 'pag sumikat na 'yan pero huwag asahan na magiging kasing lago ng dami ng tao ito katulad nang sa M.O.A.

Medyo parang boring ang mall na ito. Once na mapuntahan, matagal mo nang babalikan. Medyo matagal pang magbubukas ang ibang tenant kasi katabi lang ng Ayala Malls Manila Bay at ilang blocks lang ang layo sa SM Mall of Asia.
