You are sooo blessed! I'm hoping that someday hopefully sooner than later, that I will be able to possibly retire there to be closer to my daughter , my son-in-law and my grandbaby! My daughter's best friend is a Real Estate Agent there in Fort Collins,and was able to find a nice home for my my daughter and her family! It was about a year ago when they started looking for a home, and as you well know the houses are being sold so fast! The houses would sell within hours . Not a day, within a hour. that is just mind-blowing! And I have to say you are definitely in the right business! For awhile they weren't sure if they would be able to find one! But thank goodness they were able to find a home, pack up their place they were renting,move to their new home a month before their new baby came unexpectedly . My daughter graduated from Colorado University and
My son-in-law graduated from the University of Colorado they lived there over 10 years, My son-in-law works for the main Health Care System there, which I cannot think of the name right at this moment. He is a a Social Worker/ Crisis Counselor and works along with the Fort Collins Police Department. I'm so proud of him! Fort Collins had a article written up about him in the newspaper. Again I have to say I am so glad I found your Channel!

Thank you. Exactly what I wanted to see. We are retired and wondered what the average rental would be for a downtown 2/2. Ballpark. We currently live in Florida but are looking at Fort Collins. Want to be able to walk downtown. Avid craft beer drinkers.

That is awesome to hear! I think the average rent for a 2/2 downtown depending on age/finishes could be $1700-$2200/Month. POSSIBLY Less. Downtown definitely asks a premium :-)
