All members of GOT7 are also songwriters and in their solo careers they have composed most of the songs on their albums. Jay B, in addition on the songs he wrote for GOT7, is also a producer, has 5[five] Mixtapes on SoundCloud and is part of the crew - Õffshore - that has its own albums and also composes for other artists. B.T.W is part of Jay B's album released in August - "SOMO: FUME"- by H1GHR MUSIC [JAY PARK and Cha Cha Malone]. Jay B uses the nickname Def. to present his compositions on SoundCloud and Õffshore and now [26/01] he has independently released under that name ,with distribution by Warner Music an album called "LOVE". All of GOT7 have fantastic solo work. Jackson Wang, Youngjae/ARS, BamBam, Mark, Jinyoung (he’s the actor in the group, but he has done a few solo songs like, Dive). More GOT7 would be great too!

As said in the other comments here about Jay Park and where he's from/background. back in Seattle in the start of 2000's when Jay Park was in high school, where he also started bboying (where he teamed up with Cha Cha and others). After Jay's return from Korea (kpop industry 2005-2009 incl. trainee and 1 year in the group) Cha Cha who then also did music and produced music, linked up with jay Park and they have been partners musically since around 2010. Cha Cha Malone is one of the Producers in AOMG (label founded by Jay Park in 2013) and is the co-founder with Jay Park in the label H1ghr Music (founded in 2017)
