I don't know why I like this music so much, maybe it's the way the instruments work together so well, or how hard it was to put this together, the tempo, theme and beat of the song each time is so well thought. The choir that chimes in gives each song a badass moment, not many people appreciate the ability to sit down, close your eyes and listen to a song like this, and to just think of the most Awsome things ever! Not many people even make this type of music any more!

    • @naphtholred
      @naphtholred 10 ปีที่แล้ว +32

Ya not many people make this kind of music 'cause it's "boring" and "slow" and "classical music". All of which are not true. :I This is true beauty, not like the noise chaos of mainstream Dubstep and stuff.

I've been wondering for a while now how come one of the best music produced in our generation is used only for trailers and commercials. The songs by TSFH, audiomachine, Music Junkies etc. speak volumes and they are dignified only by advertisements of products. Most of the time you can even name one of those songs something close to it's title because they all carry some story told in music. And yet we use them in short trailers that these days are usually bad enough telling the entire plot. Usually when I read my books I do it listening to some playlist compiled from such songs and any great book becomes even greater. Later when I listen to the music I remember parts of those books or vice versa. I know I just want this kind of music to be used for something meaningful. Imagine an audiobook, a game or even a movie or TV series using it as means to enhance the story. Some films and series already employ such composers and producers(kudos Mr. Zimmer for nearly any soundtrack you make makes any film or game twice as engaging and you couldn't have picked better to collaborate with than Nolan) however I think TSFH(Thomas & Nick), audiomachine and the rest are selling themselves short which is such a shame. Anyway Long Live Thomas Bergersen, TSFH and everything they make. If game and movie producers can't see the value in your work that's their loss. Cheers!

+Moshe Feldman For example, all of those composers like Pink Floyd who, although with masterful lyrics, only are really writing poems rather than real songs. It makes me mad that people even call them 'songs', however I do accept them as an art form.

+Ivaylo Grebenarov Illusions, illusions dude--That's why! This kind of music is hypnotic, emotional and very strong. It can be used as a great marketing tool (for movies, trailers and so on) for that reason. It opens people to suggestions, and creates emotional triggers..

Thomas really has the ability to keep up the epicness. Some songs/tracks that are longer than five minutes suffer from becoming boring after some time, but this one right here had me on the edge of the seat for its whole eight minutes. Too good to be true, this song might be an... Illusion... (okay, that was a bad pun, please don't kill me).

I recommend that you purchase and read "Judaism Discovered", written by Michael Hoffman II, which documents how the Third Reich was both subservient to Rabbinical Authorities in its territories and how it assisted in the elimination of Christian opposition to Cabalism. Two examples that I will provide you that are talked about in this work are:
-the Babylonian Talmud published in the Third Reich from about 1934 to 1938.
-the execution of Maximilian Kolbe, a catholic priest who fought Rabbinic Judaism and Freemasonry, via lethal injection.

    "Reflections in the water
    Fade and disappear
Illusions that my eyes can see
    But cannot touch nor hear
And now I come to ask myself
    Are you really real?
If I reach out to take your hand
Will it be your hand I feel?
    You might be an illusion
My eyes might be deceiving me
You could be someone that I made up
    A wish, a dream, a fantasy
Questions like these just make doubt stronger
Creating a kind of inner hunger
    In quiet solitude I ponder
Leaving my mind to search and wander
If life is so much like a dream
And things aren't always what they seem
Then let me walk this road with you
    Until our wakening is due."

This is where you stop using the word "epic" and go with "monumental" instead. Dazzling and intense from the very beginning to the very end, eight minutes and not one second too long. It's so awesome that Mr. Bergersen also composes some stuff without having "Trailer Music" in mind. The tracks can be as long as they need to be, and they can sound the way he wants them to sound. By the way, he announced a new album for 2013, called "Sun".

We, the human race, are blessed by this glorious music and we hold the wisdom to realize there is more to music than simply "pop" genres discussing matters that are discussed too much. This music just exalts oneself. Amazing.

3 years later, I'm still here listening to this masterpiece. I came to make a comment on what makes this piece truly mesmerising. A nice surprise finding my past self here lol
If you pay attention to the melody that starts at 1:06 and then the vocal parts, you will notice tha they are both acrually the same melody but the vocal part executes it very slowy. It sounds like something else if you don't pay attention!

Jacinth Gudetti Trust me this music has no links with classical music. It's not because there are violins and choir that it is the case.

You're totally right. I'm 16 and I listen to this, Two Steps From Hell, Future World Music; but also Lindsey Stirling and Taylor Davis. I hope someday they all will rule the music world, it's gonna be awesome. If they don't, I wont want to live on this planet anymore.
Real music is here, hidden on TH-cam, because they have to do great things to be found and liked.

It may not be as good, but another piece of Thomas Bergersen is Senora. Though both non vocal / vocal versions sound fine, some people prefer the non vocal. Just another piece of music I felt was wonderfully orchestrated that you all may've liked.
