- It's Day 2 on our first Disney cruise, and we're living our best, relaxing life. We have a fun day at the pool, try out some sweet treats, and finally get to experience Palo for dinner. This is a 4-Night Baja Cruise aboard the Disney Wonder.

Love your videos. San Diego is not a great experience for cruising out of regarding parking! Port Canaveral is way more efficient! Most people stick to the main dining rooms on shorter cruises. Now you need to try Remy on the Fantasy and Dream or Enchante on the Wish!

It seemed like you were all in Cruise Mode on day 2. It's such an awesome way to travel. I always enjoy your videos and would love to see you do some more cruises. Maybe a nice 7-nighter to the Caribbean or the Bahamas.
We've never been on a cruise. Been trying for years but my husband just won't do it. They probably keep the ship so cold to force you to buy a new DCL sweatshirt...lol

Glad to see Steve smile on this video. As I stated in the previous video comments, after over 75 cruises please try other cruise lines. You will find better accommodations, kids programs and great specialty dining. Everything does not have to be Disney focused. Unfortunately your itinerary was not the best. It’s great for a quick getaway. We love specialty dining and no dine in the main dining room. Please keep in mind that were a gay DINK. Try the “Celebrity Retreat” experience.
Your videos are very informative. I greatly appreciate the effort put into details. If it is not too late, could you ask what coffee brand and flavor the Palo serves? A different Palo youtube mentioned how great the coffee was. Thank you.

Last video had me cracking up because we are cruising for the first time in May but feel like WDW pros and there’s so much I don’t know about cruising 😂😂 I am actually really excited for the kids clubs, seems like a great time and it gives parents a chance to have a nice dinner or drink kid free.

Not that anyone asked, but I’m in cruise mode watching your videos. This is how i remember the first four ships. The oldest ones are Mark Wahlberg = Magic and Wonder (smaller ships). The next two are Dakota Fanning - Dream and Fantasy. I would always get them confused.
I think it's completely okay for children to jump around on a bed. What I didn't like was children jumping down the stairs. We had a state room near the stairwell.

I think Palo has changed from our Disney cruises pre-Covid. If you ever get to San Francisco try Miller Lux a Tyler Florence restaurant French Dover Sole. Yummy. I've traveled on Disney Magic, Wonder and Fantasy. My family's favorite is Wonder.
Most people do not go to the upcharge dining on the cruise ships. The experience in each dining rooms is so awesome you never want to miss them.
No worries, all kids jump on beds.
Not only did you wear jeans in Palo you also let Caleb jump on the bed. You both really fell off the pedestal I put you up on. 😂 Love you all so much. ❤

I'm never been on a cruise so I feel your pain with learning all the in and outs. LOL Glad day 2 went better and I appreciate you going over all the details in case I decide to go cruising. When I was growing up I jumped on the bed and I think I turned out just fine. hehe... I think y'all are so lucky that Caleb loves the kids club activities. So you both can enjoy the big kid activities with a little R & R. ☺
Much more relaxed. In our experience, we think Palo staggers reservations and that is part of why it's not packed. Makes for a more personal experience.
Yes our first cruise was a learning experience too. But I was told to pack a sweater from a friend that had been on a previous cruise. I pack everything that I thought was necessary from a sweater to cough drops n even tylenol and muscle pain rub. The cost of those items can be very expensive. Yes while at port the shops are closed and opens once you leave port. I really enjoyed you and your family first experience on a cruise so next time you will have some more knowledge and each cruise you will learn and more but the main thing is to relax and enjoy and have fun.

It’s empty because it’s a kids cruise line and most parents don’t drop off their kid to have a high class dinner for the camera. I have been on a dozen cruises and would never abandon my kid. Eating and spending every minute with the children are where real memories are made. Mike is clearly driving the “I require the best of everything “ bus. Bringing the kid back leftovers, the priority is the content. Can’t buy Caleb the shirt but Steve got an expensive hat and you both had an expensive dinner. Shame on you.
Judgmental much. It seems their son wants to go to the kids club. It’s obvious their son is pretty well adjusted and well cared for. If you don’t have anything kind to say, just keep your mouth closed.
