So, I’ve been watching your videos for about a year and sadly, other than your bread, I don’t recall making anything else that you recorded (maybe I did, but I can’t think of anything in this moment), UNTIL you posted this video! A few weeks ago, maybe just a day or so after you posted, I made the chicken/potatoes/green beans meals and it was delicious! So, I went out the next day and bought the ingredients for the other two meals. Fast forward about 3 weeks later and I just made those other two tonight. Holy heaven on earth girl, you can cook!! These were delicious!!!!!!! The Cajun one is my absolute favorite. I made it exactly as you did and I just cannot say enough about it. I really must do more if your recipes. I really appreciate that your recipes are simple, that you use mostly whole, unprocessed food, you don’t glob your food with a bunch of cheese like I see a lot of other “quick meal” channels doing. What I made was so flavorful and was a hit with my little family. Thanks so much!!!
Yes! I got bell peppers for 39 cents a few months ago. Bought 40 pounds. Some became stuffed peppers. Some became my scooping vessel for hummus. Some were used in fresh dishes that week. Most were prepped and frozen for fajitas or crockpot meals.
Thank you Christine! I have a few chronic illnesses which involves chronic pain and fatigue among other problems that make cooking difficult. I've been trying out some of your recipes and they've been wonderful! I've been cooking more nutritious meals and saving money with your grocery and meal planning advice. I can't do as much prep work so I usually rely on pre-prepared or frozen veggies, but your advice and ideas have been wonderful and has made it easier to cook nutritious meals. Thank you sincerely 😊
I was wondering if they'd all cook at the same time for that delicious rosemary, potato, green bean dish. It wouldn't hurt to put the potatoes in first and let the chicken marinate a bit while they're cooking then add the chicken & green beans. Also, and I learned this from another youtuber, pound the thick part of the chicken a little so it is the same thickness and it cooks evenly. Yes, it's an extra step and totally optional. There's nothing wrong with real salt! Use it to taste and that's how much your body needs. Your kids are hilarious!! 💕
Been watching your videos on and off for some time now and seriously , you are so articulate and love the personality you gotta be on national tv as a host, reporter, anchor etc!!! Get out there!!! You even have the looks too!!!!!
All these recipes sound yummy. Going to try them alL. Hello Fresh taught me to not be afraid of using 425-450 temp in the oven for sheet pan dinners. Also I often pre boil or half boil potatoes first if I have the time before adding them to the sheet pan.
Yay, another Christine cooking video! You are so funny and you crack me up. Your children are a hoot, too. Thank you so much for making smile this morning. 😊
Your recipes remind me of Greek kitchen. We have a lot of simple recipes with vegetables, olive oil and tomato sauce. My grocery envelope always have rollover money because of this!
Such great ideas! Love the vid! :D A tip on the broccoli that you probably already know: massage the oil onto the broccoli with the salt before dumping onto the pan. It will get a better flavor if the oil completely coats.
I just found your channel a few days ago and I have already hit up The Dollar Store, joined Sam's Club and signed up with Ibotta and I am loving all the videos! My two adult daughters, 26 and 30 hate the name Dave Ramsey because I say it so often. You are doing amazing things and very inspirational. Okay, enough chit chat ... back to binge watching...
Thanks, great ideas! Chicken in Idaho always takes longer to cook because of our elevation. I used to live in Michigan and it took me forever to figure out how to bake and cook according to our elevation here. Secondly I love the Poppins from your daughter to fun!!!
Christine... You must find "Lawry's Casero Total seasoning" with the lime green lid. It's at walmart. Trust me! Next time you make broccoli throw LTC on it, and some parmesan. Do this also with roasted brussel sprouts. IT is so tasty!!!! Love your videos!
I know you no longer live in Texas and not roasting like a baked potato, but can I request budget lunch and dinner ideas that aren't standard sandwiches that also don't require turning on the oven? Summer is coming in HOT. :) Your tips have been beyond helpful. Thank you.
Thank you for the recipe printing tip! I have just printed several for dinners! Even thinking about changing up meal plan this week. Love the freezer meal options. Please keep the recipes coming!
For that pork roast you could add garlic by running a sharp knife into the ends about 2 inches or so and slide in a garlic clove in a few places! Yum! Garlic and pork go so well together!
Can you hear my stomach growling? Cause it is! YUMMY!! I am goingvto try my hand at all these sheet pan meals! Thank you Christine for these recipes. I was in a funk and needed something different! Also can't wait to see your recipe website!🙂🙂
Thank you for the great recipes. Whenever I hear you say, "let's get cooking" it always reminds me of Jim Gaffigan's series he did at home during the lockdowns :)
I make a skillet meal using sweet potato, carrots, Yukon gold potatoes and Keilbasa sausage and onion that would easily be adapted to a sheet pan meal making it much easier, thanks for the ideas.
Thank you! I am making my best friend some freezer meals for when her baby comes and you just gave me my ideas! Glad to hear you are doing a recipe website now!
Just as you put the fajitas in the oven you said about taking so long to cook. Try turning one pan perpendicular to the oven to help with heat distribution
OMGGGG OMGGGG Christine you are AWSOME AMAZING, I LOVE AND ENJOY WATCHING YOU 👀, ALSO YOUR FAMILIA ARE BEAUTIFUL, GOD BLESS ❤ YALL SOOOOO MUUUUCHO 😇😇😇😇😇
Hi thanks for sharing your recipes I live alone so will try all soon and also thanks for sharing all your content love it all I live in Australia and it's great to see how you live in the usa
I really liked this video. Right now on my TH-cam hunt, I am looking for easy meals for days when I just don't feel like doing much of anything! Once a month I get like this and I want to have something easily accessible in my fridge or freezer to just throw in the crockpot or oven. I have only made one sheet pan dinner before, which was from Budget Bytes and it had brussel sprouts, yam, and chicken. On the stovetop you make a sauce for the chicken which was basically cranberry sauce mixed with balsamic vinegar, I believe. I really want to try your fajita recipe from this video. :)
i season my meat when i bring it home from the store and then put in the freezer so when i need to use it, it is already seasoned and ready to go. your chicken recipe is kind of like a greek chicken dish that we make.. :o)
These were some great ideas! Thank you! My family doesn't do a lot of veggies, but I think they would actually go for the fajitas and the jambalaya (even after sneaking in the cauliflower). I know they would like the seasoning on the chicken, so I may try that (with less broccoli --which I love and they all hate now as teenagers -- my Middle son used to gobble up broccoli by the boatloads as a kid -- go figure).
Love your channel, very useful information and recipes. I made some of your frozen meal recipes and my husband just last night commented on how good one of them was, the tuna caserole one in fact! So easy, so yummy thank you!

Frozen bell pepper works great for sheet pan fajitas! I cut them in strips and freeze them when my garden is in full swing. So much cheaper!

Love the tip. Thanks!
Love that the kids are involved. lol they’re jokesters and lighten up the video even more!

Or you can cut the potatoes and they will cook faster.
Sheet pan fajitas is a family favorite! It's the only way I make fajitas.
Yay, another Christine cooking video! You are so funny and you crack me up. Your children are a hoot, too. Thank you so much for making smile this morning. 😊

For that pork roast you could add garlic by running a sharp knife into the ends about 2 inches or so and slide in a garlic clove in a few places! Yum! Garlic and pork go so well together!
I recognized those red mesh bags from Fred Meyer! Good way to buy bell peppers! Normal bell peppers are just so expensive.

We only ever make our fajitas via sheet pan. Same for nachos, sheet pan.
