I’m trying to use the translator and it’s not working very well. But you are asking about the surface cleaner. That would run you around $350 or more for a 16 inch surface cleaner. Don’t get a cheap one and make sure that it matches up with your machine. I have a 4 GPM machine with a 20 inch surface cleaner that has two 2 GPM tips on it.
Yeah I my area it’s hard to get $500 but I sure that I can get more with work jobs in uptown. You making me want to rethink my pricing. So you are charging $1.10 a square foot?

What chemical did you spray before power washing ?
It is a 12.5% sodium hyperchloride. Mixed down to a 3% strength.

I charge by the square footage. So it varies in cost. This was part of a larger job but something like this would be around $300

How much did u charge for that ? And what city or state are you in?
I’m in Atlanta Georgia but services many surrounding areas . I change by square foot and how bad the build up is. Do you need a quote?

Here I would change $500. No one has reached out to me from California. But I believe that you will pay more because of your area.
