Thank you so much for being here. Generally I am not a morning person, but because its spring over here in the UK the sunrises quite early. This has made me develop a new morning routine lately . I find it hard to stay in bed while the sun is already up, hence today's video where am sharing with you how my morning usually is often. I wake up at 5:00AM, get ready for the gym , pack my gym essentials and leave the house at 6:20AM, exercise for an hour or two depending with my mood that morning then I go back home to have breakfast and start my day.
