Also, when I was working retail full time and getting barely any sleep it was really bad. I’m glad you’re talking about how stress can really take a toll on our systems. Try the 3 pillows behind your others, stacked at the back! And then put your other two pillows in front.
Measure your white throws and just by covers, they do have good chop lol !
