It is so unfair that a Nigerian business woman had to go through this. So sorry you went through that experience. I hope Olaosebikan Joseph Olawuyi is found and prosecuted to the full extent of the law, whether he committed the crime yesterday or years ago! Smh, rather unfortunate. Please Renee, sue him well.
It's dismissed with prejudice. Means they can't bring the charges up again against you but you also cannot hold them responsible. Also means there is even no records of the charges.
You don't get bracelet unless you're convicted of a crime. Under which she was on probation or parole. So, she pleaded guilty of the crime she was accused of...
Not True. You can be put on the bracelet to be on house arrest til they find you not guilty. Stop coming under comment section n talking rubbish about shit you know nothing about.
@@Lord_Gbenga1 I didn't know you have experience one before. Where someone will wear ankle bracelet for 3yrs without sentence in the United States. Then why is Diddy not on ankle bracelet since is considered flight risk? I'm not saying she's lying, but what I am saying is that people who wears that, often assigned probationarl officers or parole officers. Individuals considered as flight risk don't usually get bail or they have higher bail. Again, you also have to pay attention to the "statute of limitations" to such cases before trial. 3yrs is way too long for such cases.
Madam, you can file civil charges against this guy for defamation of character. Get yourself a civil attorney. You also need to get the charge expunged from the FBI files.
My frnd stop bragging. There are a lot of Nigerians in the US that have clean record. And if you don't know, i am one of the clean Nigerians in the US..
