Five years later, drivers MUST stop to let pedestrians cross on a zebra crossing. 1500 PLN fine if a cop sees them carry on. (I can tell that you've spent quite a long time in Ireland! The accent comes through.)

Hey! I want to drive in krakow, do you know of any good car rental places that offer good cost? I know the ones in the airport.
I'm also from Ireland, but I'm a bit worried about driving on the right hand side, are there any specific driving rules that I should be careful about that are different to Ireland?
When I was in Poland before, I saw drivers crossing the red lights in junctions where there was pedestrian lights but there were no pedestrians, iż that okay?

To answer your last question; No... It's not OK to drive on Red Light, be aware that there is extremely many drivers which doesn't care about rules. There are YT channels which daily posts polish dashcams which shows how insane driving is in this country. It is NOT good, 8-12+- ppl are killed daily in traffic accidents in Poland.

@@Mads-hl8xj hello :) I've been in Poland for one year now and I can honestly say that I agree with your statement 😅.

Turning right, a small green arrow appears when it's still red for straight on. You may turn right if there are no pedestrians crossing.
