This is something so incredibly minor and kinda silly, but I wanted to say that I’ve watched so many of your videos and your fried eggs are my favorite thing I’ve learned from them lol. I was raised to fry eggs in a thin layer of oil (usually canola) but I’ve noticed you use stick butter for yours. So, I finally tried it exactly how you do it and will never make my eggs any other way- so so good! Crazy how something so small can make a big change. Then again, as is the life of culinary learning. 😂 Much love MrT!
Yeah it kind of gives a different taste, but the main purpose of using butter instead of oil is simply because it is cheaper (he said this in another video)
Yes, this is what I like! I'm a Country girl in the USA. Raised on Bacon, and grits. I can eat grits 3 times a day. All you need is some good butter,a touch of salt an a side of Red eye gravy😋
So neat to see you incorporate some grits and streaky bacon (just bacon here in the US) for your customers. I love grits! Salt, pepper and a generous amount of butter for me. As always, thank you for the videos. I love the length too. So nice to zone out for awhile amd watch you work.
I love cooking along with your videos. I can't watch at work because I'm prepping and doing orders myself. So I gotta wait until the morning. Yay for being a closing manager. I used to be a pro cake baker/decorator for 15yrs but now I'm a closing manager at a restaurant. Fun times right? I love it, just don't love babysitting the kids on the evening shift.
Good afternoon Tibor... Love the new breakfast service. I'm listening intently to what your international customers' take will be on grits... living in southern USA... I can report that it is one either loves or hates grits... no in between!!! Lol After 65 years of being a home cook... I know there is ALWAYS something new to learn ... I watch your technique carefully... and since it is not possible to work, listen, watch and learn...this POV thingie is the next best thing to bring there. Keep 'em coming! Gladys
Well, unfortunately they were not interested. It's difficult to sell something people aren't familiar with. I personally love grits, we have similar food in Hungary 👌😀👍
@@MrT2022 If you want to try with grits again, serving as a dish topped with some kind of protein and sauce/broth might work. You could do shrimp, fish, beef, or sausage. There are a lot of Creole and Cajun versions of recipes that you could probably adapt. People have it for any meal of the day. I'm from the southern US, and that's really the only way I like grits. I can see how it wouldn't be very appealing to your customers if they never had them and don't have any idea of what to eat with them.
Chef I noticed you tried some new stuff breakfast how did your customers like the new stuff you tried for breakfast this morning Maria is a hard I like how you and Maria are joking and making sure things get ready for breakfast time you have an awesome kitchen stuff when they come in everybody knows what they do and the customers leave happy can your stomach is full with breakfast I'm loving the way you change things up when you're cooking breakfast and lunch that makes you one of the best chefs in the UK you always try something new
27:45 asking if they’d like to change plates, very considerate!! It seems to be a running theme in you videos chef! It’s one of the main reasons I love watching 😊
you already know what i'm going to say; i'm starting a restaurant and these vids are amazingly helpful! no plans to do breakfast but i've learned (as a non-breakfast fan) that it's a very personal meal, and everyone has a different order. breakfast service is always a good watch. thanks Mr T!
Always a joy watching these videos, Tibor! Keep up the amazing work. Speaking of the gym, I got through an intense cardio session at the gym in the blink of an eye thanks to this video today! Cheers from Kansas City, USA!
Chef, I really hope you love what you do because watching you with your team and your customers is just so relaxing and calming I can't imagine that you don't love it. And then there's the food! Oh my. 😊Thanks for the video.
Being born and raised in Texas, this really makes me want a full English breakfast. I would love to visit this place one day! I'm very happy I found your channel a couple of months ago! Thank you for what you do chef!
Mr. T, heard you say going to the Canary Islands this summer. Any chance you might be sharing some of the beautiful scenery with us? Love the breakfast videos as always. Cheers!
I left for work today on Donner Summit near Lake Tahoe and by the time I was halfway there I was feeling so unwell that I decided to turn around and come back home. I changed back into my pajamas. Grabbed my remote and turned on TH-cam and see a Chef T video is waiting for me and it’s almost 2 hours long? Oh surely , this is confirmation that I was meant to come home and be in my PJs today. The universe watched out for me today. Toast, an egg, maybe a few beans, and a few roasted potatoes from the dinner / roast area, please (I get to pretend they are there).
Chef T - love your videos. May I suggest that for your mostly European customers, an easier way to introduce them to grits would be to make a comparison to polenta instead of porridge? Keep up with your great videos!
Man I'd love to work with you in the kitchen. Cooking at home most of my days, but you give off a relaxed atmosphere that has standards, compassion and patience.
Oh another breakfast video... For me dinner time when I see this. And I've actually got EVERYTHING in house. Back bacon, bangers, eggs, fresh bread, mushrooms, hashbrowns, Heinz beans, and tomatoes, and even black pudding. So all came out and all was eaten. Do not understand why I get so hungry every time I see the break fast video's. But this time I was prepared AF. lol
Guess what? I just made breakfast again and enjoying while watching this. Here from I think 20k subs? Can't recall and can't get enough of this. Keep it up T!
The ONLY things that make me question my Fan Affair with Chef T is taking chilled ham from the chiller directly into the omelette without a quick flash fry on the flat top, and not browning the pancakes 😮
I’m very hungry this morning and I would like the following: A bacon and egg sandwich with the streaky bacon, the egg fried over easy and a drizzle of the tomatoes. On the side, 2 pork sausages, 1 chicken sausage, 2 hashbrowns, 1 potato waffle, beans, mushrooms, 2 rashers of smokey bacon, an orange juice and a cappuccino. Cheers!
No Music, No BS intro! Straight Raw content. MrT the great!!!
Riddled with ads!
@@runescaperzzz dude it's yt, what do you expect?
I have premium. Cant remember the last time I saw an ad on yt@@runescaperzzz
Too busy playing RuneScape and not making enough money irl to buy premium TH-cam for 0 ads eh? Lmao.
He’s all about the business. No lube no nothing . Straight raw 🤝
21:48 "Would you like to try this today?" Excellent. Manners everywhere this man. Respect.
Wish I could enjoy a full English breakfast from Chef Mr. T!
1:18 the "yuuhuuu" greeting is such a fun interaction.

Can you do them in a pan or do you need a griddle type situation too?
Everyone is so polite and love that chef speaks various languages, including español!
hearty wholesome hot breakfast to get the working man started for the day🌷
Only me that always gets hungry when watching these videos :)?. Love from Sweden looks great!

Crazy job. Seems like so much stress. But you're handling it with so much ease. Well done!
Stress!!! He makes one order at a time give me a break.
Let’s see 75 ppl come in and order all at once then you might see some stress.
@@carbo3017 Yes, let's see. Where can I find your video where you're serving 75 people at once?

Yes, we tried some new items, they were popular, except for the grits. 👌😀👍
Mr. T, Tell your customers to watch the movie, My Cousin Vinnie, and grits will be explained. 😉
the woman saying "Thank you so much God bless you guys" warmed my heart. Jesus is so good! Great video as always :D

Watching your video at 1AM in the USA. This video is making me hungry. I will now have to cook myself some beans, eggs and hashbrowns. Thank you!

Also you are amazingly talented
I would be so fired hvn cleaning products anywhere near service and using the handwashing sink to fill that pot, but thats here in the US tho.
I get a lot of comments from the US. It really sounds like whoever came up with the rules has no common sense 👌😊👍
@MrT2022 Every place is different, I guess. 🤷🏾♀️🙂😊
Reminds me of my trip to London last year. I’m from North Carolina and we love grits here 😊

Breakfast service, nice and steady 👌😊👍
I can’t blame them. I’m from America and I don’t like grits lol they are an acquired taste.

Excuse me Mr T! How do you make the grits? Or whatever was in that big pot!
It mde me sad no one wanted any of it
Great food lover! Achtung 🤣🤣🤣

Ahhh some nice and much better American bacon 😂 but I do want to try y’all’s bacon though.
Those potato waffles look amazing, wonder where he buys those
