An easy method for 40k gold a day, though you'll likely end up spending 1k for the transportalator. Like other versions of the Rabble Rousers quest, any Cutthroat ships count, so it's easier to just one-shot the LV3 ones in Skull Island Skyway for the quest.
The fact that our inhuman resources companions have dialogue with these quests is Great. I wish they had more in other quests though...
