Message in a Minute: SBAR

Helping Gaylord staff stay on top of and practice the best skills to care for our patients is a vital part of patient care. To help accomplish this we've developed some brief videos to help staff review some of these skills. This "Message in a Minute" discusses the SBAR format of sharing important information. When passing of information to another staff member we ask staff to use the SBAR format:
"The situation is..."
"The background is..."
"My assessment is..."
"My recommendation is..."
