I’m 57 and wear this. It’s my dumb reach going to the grocery store fragrance. It’s super simple but has a fairly interesting dry down that surprised me with some depth.
This review sold me on buying this (thank you for being in depth and honest) and I’ve had it a few months now. It does okay in the cold but it really works great in the spring and shines on humid summer days where the sweetness and cinnamon spice project but the aquatic side of it stops it from being cloying. It really does last a long time too, I don’t get 12 hours but I’d say a good 4-5 hours of good projection and stays on skin for a lot longer than that, although the far drydown loses all the fruitiness but keeps a lot of the cinnamon and green notes.

I just got this, and I was apprehensive because many have said it’s a young scent, and I’m no spring chicken, but I must say, I’m pleasantly surprised. It is sweet, no doubt, and opens up like the gum juicy fruit. But that’s the beginning first 2 mins or so and then it develops into a sweet bit more refined scent. It reminds me a 90s scent that I can’t put my finger on. It’s fun, playful but not overly youthful. And so far I can tell it’s strong. Reminds me of Valentino born in Roma coral fantasy.
Reviews have been consistently good,so I bought it. Now that the hype is growing,the prices will start to go up. Glad I found a good deal for it,thanks.

I have Hawas, which came out before Invictus Aqua but I've never smelled, and I have Najdia. I enjoy both, but I like Najdia slightly more despite the insane hype that Hawas has gotten this year. To me, Najdia is Hawas' slightly older and larger brother. The one who Hawas and his friends idolized a bit growing up lol.
I was about to buy Hawas so you both feel this a better fragrance still a compliment monster. I have read all the hype on hawas being a compliment beast. Please give your suggestion between the two.

Nice review. Recently picked this up. Don't have many sweeties in my collection, but I'm diggin' this. Givin' it a spin today. Fresh and fruity! I'm glad it's not as sweet as Invictus or Hawas . Hope I can pull it off as a a "hip" 65 year old . Ha ha . Great value for money. I own a few other Lataffas, mostly cool weather, and I'm still getting used to the Middle Eastern ( strong / woody oudy ) vibe.

The only thing I feel was left out here was the sweetness of this isn't just coming from the fruit there's a floral air about it from the orange blossom and the lavender. It's beautiful!
I just got it in and it smells so familiar to me and it's driving me crazy so I'm looking at videos now to see what is being said. First impression I wasn't really impressed at all. Then as I started doing some stuff in the kitchen I kept returning to the box that I sprayed and it kept getting stronger and stronger. And my remembrance of this scent continues to come back to me and make me feel a certain way and I'm thinking that's not a feeling of testing things at Alta or Macy's that's like Teenage old feelings. Then it hit me is this just a less sweet version of Baron? That's what I think it is and I loved the baron.

Loved this scent.....UNTIL .....I entered the same area I sprayed one hour later. I hated the lingering scent profile. I know it is...but smells just a little to middle eastern for my taste. I have a sensitive nose, so it wasn't hard to pick up. The initial spray is to die for but that dry down scent trail respulses me almost. Too much musk on the dry down that makes it smell similar to that middle eastern musk with a pinch of fruit only. But ...I am a cigar smoker ...,maybe it's to much tobacco in my nose
I got this Najdia. and I kinda regret it. I'm still tryna like it but it's just too strong. I don't get how people are saying it's a fresh summer fragrance, it's definitely not a fresh summer scent. the spiciness and sweetness are in your face, getting out of the shower and then putting on this perfume makes me want to take another shower. the smell makes you feel dehydrated you'd want to take another shower or drink lots of water. and when you take a deep wiff it'll smell like an old woman's perfume. I'm still trying to convince myself that it's good, I think it works best as an air freshener.
They are identical. Hunter intense is like invictus and savauge dna together and najdia is like invictus with bubblegum. Najdia more for spring/summer and hunter intense can he used basically year round in my opinion
The reason I bought this was it was reviewed as a slightly less sweet Invictus with a more green note that I thought sounded good. I'm not smelling Invictus I swear it's baron.
I got this today, sprayed it a couple of hours ago, the opening is very harsh but I think I like the cool down, let me see it will perform as the day goes

Najdia is a freshie, its powerful when you spray it then it settles down to a skin Scent someone has to be close to you to smell it, but the dry down is beautiful!!!!!!!! Performance is about 8-10 hours you will smell it on your clothes the next day easily

I believe you may need to spray it and let it sit for a week or maybe a month in case you're facing issues. It could also be your skin.
I looked up the notes on both. There are some differences for sure. Out of 15 notes listed for baron, najdia hit 7. Bergamot lemon lavender Patchouli sandalwood cedar and Musk. Some of the spice and floral notes are different in the baron. Jasmine and orange blossom would definitely be what would sweeten up the baron as opposed to this. I swear to my nose it's 80 to 85 per-cent Barron. I'm really kind of loving this because the baron was maybe a little too sweet.

And if you have a new Batch let the Juice macerate at a dark Place after your 1st few Sprays if you think it is too weak. Sometimes new Batches need Time after their first use (2-4Weeks, sometimes a few Months will help).
It's price point is cheap; so apply a minimum of 10 sprays. 4 sprays around your neck (front sides and back); and spray 4 times on your clothes around cheat and stomach and one spray each on arms/sleeves.

@adraidok 2 or 3 for work seems right. I don't work in an office, so I go a bit heavier with 5 - 6. I also live in a dry climate

Lataffa Najdia has what the Invictus is missing, which is a masculine top note.

is ur najdia has good projection and longjevity? mine is very weak

Of you haven't already, try the Lattafa Najdia Oud iteration, very similar but has more depth, better performance and smells more refined.

I find a lot of Middle Eastern fragrances need a few weeks to oxidize, they then get much better

I don't find it to be at all. Cool water is much more green, grassy, aromatic.

Behind each Ear one Spray, one on your Neck, one Spray on each Side on the Shoulder/Chest-Area if it has an average Projection. Double it up if it is a EdT.
If it is a strong EdP/Perfume/everything above 20% Oil just do the Ear/Neck Routine.

And if you have a new Batch let the Juice macerate at a dark Place after your 1st few Sprays if you think it is too weak. Sometimes new Batches need Time after their first use (2-4Weeks, sometimes a few Months will help).
It's price point is cheap; so apply a minimum of 10 sprays. 4 sprays around your neck (front sides and back); and spray 4 times on your clothes around cheat and stomach and one spray each on arms/sleeves.

I find Hawas to be way superior though Najdia seems like a cousin to Hawas, but Hawas is less sweet and more pleasant to the nose.
